Punjab schools winter holidays 2025 Notification
The Punjab School Education Department has scheduled winter holidays for all public and private schools in the province from December 23, 2024, to January 10, 2025. As January 11 and 12 fall on a weekend, classes are set to resume on Monday, January 13, 2025.
In Murree, due to harsher weather conditions, the winter break has been extended from December 20, 2024, to February 28, 2025, with classes resuming on March 3, 2025.
The Education Department has also emphasized the mandatory use of face masks within school premises to maintain health and safety standards.
As of now, there are no official announcements regarding any further extensions of the winter holidays. Schools across Punjab are expected to reopen as per the current schedule.
